Taiba Investments, Saudi Arabia announced in a statement that it has awards a construction of Hotel Project in Riyadh.
The Project has been awarded to Al Saad Contracting Company.
The value of the contract is SAR 377.5 million (USD 100.6 million).
The Project is located in Olaya district at intersection of Makkah Al Mukarramah Road and Al Takhassusi Road. The Hotel will be constructed with a plot area of 11,073 m².
Hotel configuration consists of 18 floors, containing 302 suites, apartments and hotel rooms, in addition to hotel services, a commercial center, recreational centers, a health club and car parking.
