Shomoul Holding Co. a subsidiary of Kuwait’s Mabanee Company announced in a statement that, it has laid the foundation stone for the construction of The Avenues Riyadh.
The overall project value will be around USD 3.73 billion. The Project will be extends over a land area of 390,000 square meters, a leasable area of 400,000 square meters and a total built up area of 1,800,000 square meters.
It will include international hotels, apartments Residential, medical clinics, offices and parking lots for about 15,000 vehicles.
The Project will be built with the finest and best design in the world, including the best standards for environmental preservation and sustainability elements and obtaining the leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification by the American Green Building Council, statement mentioned.
