ILF awarded PPP Technical Advisor role for AMAALA

ILF Consulting Engineers announced in a statement that, ILF is a vital player in a multi-utility PPP project for ultra-luxurious wellness and tourism destination at the heart of the Riviera of the Middle East.

AMAALA has chosen ILF Consulting Engineers to be part of a 4,155 km2 luxurious touristic destination project located at the Red Sea coast, focused on wellness, sports, lifestyle and culture. AMAALA consists of ultra-luxurious hotels and residential accommodations, built onshore and offshore.

ILF will be in charge as PPP Technical Advisor for the Tender Preparation, Tender Evaluation and the Commercial and Financial Close of the entire Multi-Utility system:

  • Off-grid Energy System (Generation and Transmission, including System Stability and Energy modeling simulations)
  •  Water (reverse osmosis plants)
  • Wastewater (sewage treatment plants)
  • Networks (power, water networks)

We are proud to be part of such a remarkable project. Amaala, together with the other tourism destinations located on the north-western coast of Saudi Arabia, will be a turning point in the luxury tourism industry, statement mentioned.
