Saudi Real Estate Co. announces the signing of a contract for the execution of the residential complex (Fai Sedra 1) in Sedra neighborhood – Roshn in Riyadh.
The value of the contract is 192,000,000 Saudi riyals.
The Project is related to Construction of a total number of 135 villas of various sizes starting from 250 square meters up to 600 square meters, on a land area of 43,468 square meters, with Rezaik Abdallah Algedrawy Company.
The duration of the contract is 24 months.
