MGB International for Industry, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of MGB Berhad has announced that it has received a Letter of Award from ROSHN Group for the construction of residential villas as part of the Marafy Al Arous Development Project.
The awarded contract covers the construction of 75 villas under Phase 1A, Zone B – Blocks 104, 105, and 106 of the Marafy Al Arous Development Project, located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The total contract value amounts to SAR 32,980,000.
This award reflects MGB International’s continued expansion in the Saudi Arabian market and reinforces its position as a trusted partner in delivering high-quality residential developments. The project is expected to contribute to the Kingdom’s ongoing efforts to enhance housing availability and support urban development initiatives.
