KBR Signs Long-Term Engineering and PMC Agreement with Saudi Aramco

KBR, Inc. has announced the signing of a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for Engineering Services and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) with Saudi Aramco, further strengthening its longstanding partnership with the Kingdom’s energy leader.

The agreement was formalized during a signing ceremony held on April 30, attended by senior executives from Saudi Aramco and key representatives from KBR, Inc.. Among those present were Steven Boyce, Vice President and Managing Director of KBR Saudi Arabia; Arif Patel, Director of Operations; and Juan Simon Arteaga Puente, Business Development Director.

Under the terms of the LTA, KBR, Inc. will provide engineering and PMC services to support the delivery of some of Saudi Aramco’s most complex and strategically significant upcoming projects. The company will leverage its global expertise alongside its expanding and well-established team within Saudi Arabia to execute these initiatives.

This agreement marks another key milestone in the collaboration between the two organizations, reflecting continued confidence in KBR, Inc.’s capabilities and its role in supporting the Kingdom’s energy sector development.

KBR, Inc. expressed its appreciation to Saudi Aramco for its continued trust and partnership, and reaffirmed its commitment to contributing to the successful delivery of future projects aligned with Saudi Arabia’s long-term strategic goals.
