Saudi Electricity Company announces bid results for the project” Construction of 380kV Overhead Tranmission line in Qiddiya ”. The location of the project is in Qiddiya area , Central region of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
A total of nine (9) bidders has submitted the proposals. Saudi based Al Haider Company for Trading and Contracting has submitted the lowest bid.
Al Haider quoted the price of SAR 52.9 million (1$=3.75 SAR).
Project Description:
Project Scope of Work includes, Design and construction of one (1) 380kV Double Circuit Overhead Transmission Line, approximately 20.25 km ACSR “Condor” type conductors per phase, along with OPGW and Optic Fiber cables as part of Portion 1.
Design and construction of one (1) 380kV Double Circuit Overhead Transmission Line, approximately 23.85 km ACSR “Condor” type conductors per phase, along with OPGW and Optic Fiber cables as part of Portion 2.
Scope of Work also includes dismantling of existing 380kV Double Circuit Overhead Transmission Line
The contractor shall perform the project on lumpsum turnkey basis, includes the design, engineering, material procurement, quality management, factory inspection/testing, transport and delivery to site, construction, site inspection, testing and commissioning, and all associated work and services until final handing over of the project.
Project Completion period is 18 months.
