PA COST International Signed Facility Maintenance contract of Substations

Saudi Arabia’s PACOST International signed Facility Maintenance contract with Main Distribution Network Operation Department (MDNOD) of Saudi Electricity Company (SEC).

As part of the contract, PACOST will provide Facility Maintenance at 135 Substations located in Dammam, Hassa and Jubail in eastern region of Saudi Arabia

The contract is based on Unit rate.

The duration of the works will be two years base period and with one year extension.

As part of the contract, contractor shall supply the required manpower and equipment/tools to perform work related to substation facilities.

Work shall include electrical jobs related to substation facilities and light poles, lamps, exhaust fans, fire alarm system, HVAC work, renovation, metal fabrication, welding, plumbing, masonry, painting, sand removal, excavation, asphalting, upgrading of surfaces, housekeeping, roof repair, dewatering, waterproofing, drafting of technical drawing, safety requirement, and other miscellaneous building related jobs.
