Ministry of Housing, Bahrain announces the bidders prices for the construction of 520 Housing units as part of East Hidd Housing Project.
Kuwait based construction firm, Alghanim International General Trading and Contracting Co. submits lowest bid.
Alghanim submits the total combined price of BHD 29.1 million (USD 77.4 million).
Earlier, during June 2021, ten bidders has submitted the proposals for Package A and eight bidders has submitted the proposals for Package B (read more)
Package A Scope of Works includes Construction of 256 Social apartments & its associated exteranal works and Infrastructure in Village C1/C2, East Hidd Housing Project.
Package B Scope of Works includes Construction of 264 Social apartments & its associated external works and Infrastructure in Village B1/B2, East Hidd Housing Project.
The projects are funding by the Grant of the State of Kuwait through the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development KFAED.
