ElSewedy’s subsidiary awarded $67.3m 132kV Cable contracts in Kuwait

ElSewedy Electric, Egypt announced in a statement that its subsidiary Egytech Cables has signed three new 132kV underground cable contracts in Kuwait.

The value of the contracts is KWD 20.4 million (USD 67.3 million).

The Projects was awarded by Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW), Kuwait.

The Project will help in the power transmission needed for Al Mutlaa Residential City, one of the main projects currently execting by the Public Authority for Housing Welfare.

The Scope of Works includes design, supply and installtion of all works related to 132kV underground cables.

The duration of the project is 18 months and it will be implemented on turnkey basis.
