Eskan Bank, Bahrain receives the bids for the project, Appointment of contractor for the construction of Danat Al Seef 2 project
A total of ten bidders has submitted the proposals.
Bahrain based Construction firm, AL JAMEEL CONSTRUCTION WLL has submitted the lowest bid.
AL JAMEEL CONSTRUCTION WLL submitted the price of BHD 10.75 million (USD 28.5 million).
Danaat Al Seef 2 project is a single tower located in Manama with a height of 120.500 m comprising of ground floor and 4 floors for Car parks and 26 typical apartment floor with an overall Built up area of 46,333 SQM.
The tower contains ground floor will be predominately used to serve the retail cluster consisting 11 retail shops, 328 car parks will be distributed over 4 levels and 26 residential floors which consists of 153 apartments of 4 types.
