King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), Saudi Arabia announced in a statement that, it has signed a letter of intent with SAFEER for a Hybrid Solar Power Farm project.
As per the agreement, SAFEER will Design, supply, install and perform the maintenance and operation of a 12.5 MWP Hybrid Solar Power Farm project.
The duration of the Project is 20 years.
This potential partnership will decrease the consumption of diesel by around 30% and reduce CO2 emissions by 20,180 metric tons per year, statement mentioned.
