Group AMANA has announced its partnership with ASMO on the development of a major integrated logistics hub at King Salman Energy Park (SPARK), reinforcing Saudi Arabia’s long-term vision to strengthen its industrial, energy and logistics infrastructure.
Developed in partnership with Arcapita, the large-scale project will span approximately 1.4 million square meters and is designed to support the growing logistics and supply chain requirements of Saudi Aramco, its affiliates, and customers operating across the Kingdom’s energy and industrial sectors.
The purpose-built logistics hub represents a significant milestone in enhancing Saudi Arabia’s position as a regional and global trade and industrial center, aligned with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. The development is expected to play a vital role in improving supply chain resilience, enabling operational efficiency, and supporting future industrial expansion across the Kingdom.
Designed to accommodate complex and large-scale logistics operations, the facility will incorporate advanced automation systems and smart warehouse technologies. The project scope includes temperature-controlled Grade A warehousing, specialized chemical storage facilities, office spaces and staff amenities, extensive open yard storage and handling areas, as well as sustainable infrastructure such as photovoltaic systems and EV charging stations.
The development is also targeting LEED Gold certification, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainable construction practices and environmentally responsible operations.
