Retal Urban Development Company, Saudi Arabia announces the signing of a contract with Building Construction Limited Co. (A Subsidiary owned by 80%) for the construction of residential units.
The value of the contract is SAR 972 million.
As part of the contract, the company will execute 901 residential units (villas) for the project owned by Jubail & Yanbu Industrial Cities Services Company (JABEEN), located in Jubail City.
The duration of the contract is 27 months.
