ROSHN Group has awarded a cooperation agreement contract to Tatweer Buildings Company for the development of a government educational facility within the WAREFA community in Riyadh, reinforcing its commitment to integrated urban development and quality-of-life enhancement across the Kingdom.
The project will include the construction and development of an early education complex comprising kindergarten and lower primary school facilities with a total student capacity of up to 500 students. The educational facility is planned to serve residents of the WAREFA community and support the growing demand for modern educational infrastructure within newly developed residential neighborhoods.
The scope of work covers the design coordination, development, and delivery of the government educational facility along with supporting infrastructure and community integration requirements.
The agreement forms part of ROSHN Group’s broader strategy to create fully integrated communities that combine residential, educational, and lifestyle components in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 objectives. The project is expected to contribute to enhancing access to quality education services while strengthening community connectivity and long-term social development in Riyadh.
