Wood Awarded Five-Year Long-Term Agreement by Saudi Aramco

Wood has secured a five-year Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with Saudi Aramco to support the delivery of future capital projects across Saudi Arabia, further strengthening the long-standing partnership between the two companies.

The agreement will see Wood provide support for Saudi Aramco’s in-Kingdom developments across a broad range of sectors, including oil and gas, refining, petrochemicals, and low-carbon hydrogen. The contract reinforces Wood’s role as a trusted engineering and project delivery partner for major energy and industrial developments in the Kingdom.

The award builds on more than three decades of collaboration between Wood and Saudi Aramco, during which the company has contributed to the delivery of critical infrastructure and energy projects supporting Saudi Arabia’s expanding industrial and energy sectors.

Through the new five-year agreement, Wood will continue to deliver engineering, project management, and technical support services for upcoming capital projects aligned with Saudi Aramco’s long-term growth and diversification strategy.

The partnership also reflects the continued momentum of investment in Saudi Arabia’s energy transition initiatives, including the development of lower-carbon and hydrogen-related projects, as the Kingdom advances its industrial transformation and sustainability objectives under Vision 2030.

Wood said it looks forward to continuing its collaboration with Saudi Aramco and supporting the successful execution of strategic capital projects across the Kingdom’s evolving energy and industrial landscape.
